Every project tells a story

Every project tells a story — of people learning, growing, and finding new ways to connect.

My work spans strategy, facilitation, and design, but the goal is always the same: to make information resonate. Below, you’ll fins a few of the ways I bring ideas to life — from workbooks and workshops to visual frameworks and sustainability plans.

“Each project begins with curiosity and ends with something that moves people.

 Workbooks & Trainings

Designing training materials that make learning possible — workbooks, facilitator guides, and culturally responsive curriculum built for clarity, accessibility, and connection.

Workbook + facilitator guide redesign for culturally responsive veteran & first-responder training. Standardized, pilot-ready curriculum that boosts engagement and supports culturally responsive delivery.

Led the redesign of Soldier’s Heart, creating a consistent suite of workbooks, facilitator guides, and training resources. Materials were optimized for clarity, accessibility, and cultural responsiveness, resulting in stronger participant engagement and streamlined delivery for trainers.

Supporting Materials

  • Participant-ready workbooks

  • Facilitator guides with applied learning support

  • Culturally responsive curriculum aligned to learning outcomes

  • Trainer prep resources for consistent delivery

Programs & Proposals

Building program frameworks that turn ideas into impact. I help translate vision into clear strategies, proposals, and measurable outcomes — tools that earn buy-in and sustain momentum.

Nu’iju Storyteller & Trainer Workshop — Full Program Design

Led the complete development of this three-day intensive from concept to delivery. Designed participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and trainer preparation materials that honor cultural storytelling practices while equipping new storytellers with practical tools. Produced an integrated curriculum balancing audience management, safety principles, and hands-on workshops, resulting in a fully realized program adopted for community training and leadership development.

Supporting Materials

  • Participant Workbook: blending cultural narrative with applied learning exercises.

  • Trainer Prep Guide: logistics, timing, and facilitation support.

  • Safety Framework: how to tell story safely.

  • Build Your Story Worksheet: step-by-step structure for shaping personal narrative.

 Graphics & Visuals

Turning concepts into visuals that teach, inspire, and clarify. From custom illustrations to communication maps and presentation design, every piece is crafted to make complex ideas feel simple and beautiful.

Designed visuals that simplify complexity, spark engagement, and bring cultural relevance to train, proposals, and organizational storytelling.

Strategy & Sustainability

I don’t design for today alone. Every strategy I create is built to last — systems that grow like rings in a tree: enduring, adapting, and empowering people to succeed long after launch. My work balances vision with practicality, ensuring people have not just the standard but the tools and pathways to meet it.

True sustainability is proven when the original hands let go, and the system still thrives.

Core Principles

  • Every strong system starts with clear purpose. I cut through noise so teams know exactly what they’re building toward — and how their daily work connects to the bigger picture.

  • A good design adapts with time. I create strategies that expand without breaking, like growth rings in a tree — sturdy, layered, and able to carry more with each season.

  • No strategy survives if it forgets the people carrying it out. I design with lived experience in mind, building tools and methods that feel usable, supportive, and real.

  • Efficiency isn’t about doing more with less — it’s about doing what matters, well. I create guardrails that remove friction while keeping quality and care intact.

At every stage, my goal is the same: build strategies people can believe in, carry forward, and make their own. That’s how change lasts.
